Aloha! I’m Susan Bowditch and this blog is a slice of my life .. with two kids, one hubby and me. On an small island in the South Pacific.

- and, of course, my gorgeous family!
And here’s my more formal bio
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.” – Mark Twain
Susan received her bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of San Francisco. She was drawn to travel, when studying oversea’s as part of her degree. “It was the architecture, and design of building which made me fall in love with Venice”. Since then Susan hasn’t shied away from opportunities to travel, and learn.
Susan’s love of art and culture has now drawn her to the lovely island of Bora Bora in the South Pacific. She equally divides her time between Bora Bora, and back in the US – “Six months each year in Bora Bora and LA”. “We spend our time exploring, enjoying the sun and experiencing the native culture”.
With a small family consisting of husband, Leon (age 8) and Alex (age 4) the move was easy, and well worth while. “Since moving we’ve changed our lives completely – we’re far happier now”.
